evidenţiate complicaţii majore, deşi teoretic posibile,
redutabile fiind hematomul perirenal sau urosepsisul.
Aşa cum a fost menţionat, “steinstrasse” s-a rezolvat
în mod favorabil în majoritatea cazurilor. Hematuria
post-ESWL este considerată normală, în experienţa
noastră rareori fiind prezentă mai mult de 24 de ore şi
fiind nesemnificativă ca intensitate.
Concluzii
1. ESWL reprezintă actualmente tratamentul de
primă intenţie pentru marea parte dintre calculii renali
şi ureterali sub 20 mm.
2. Alegerea indicaţiilor corecte, fiind asociată cu
manevre endourologice preventive, duc la o rată scăzută
de complicaţii.
3. Litotriptorele moderne, utilizarea tehnologiilor
noi, performante dă posibilitatea de a mări diapazonul
dimensiunilor, structurii chimice a calculilor, a lărgi
lista indicaţiilor ESWL.
