Rezumat
Prelegerea tratează, la un nivel ştiinţific contemporan,
problemele incidenţei, etiologiei, patofiziologiei, tabloului
clinic şi diagnosticului, inclusiv metodele instrumentale şi
paraclinice, diagnosticul diferenţial şi tratamentul bolilor
oaselor şi articulaţiilor. Sunt analizate screeningul activ
şi urmărirea în diagnostică pentru prevenirea dezvoltării
şi exacerbării osteoporozei, osteoartrozei (osteoartritei),
artritei gutoase etc.
Summary
The lecture treats, on a contemporary scientific level,
the problems of incidence, causes, pathophysiology, clinical
picture and diagnosis, including the instrumental and
paraclinical diagnosis, differential diagnosis and treatment
of the diseases of bones and joints. An active screening
and follow up together with the prevention of development
and exacerbation of osteoporosis, osteoarthrosis
(osteoarthritis), gouty arthritis etc. are considered.
Резюме
В лекции на современном научном уровне отражены
вопросы распространенности, причин, патогенеза,
клиники, диагностики, в том числе лабораторной, инструментальной
и дифференциальной, лечения, активного
диспансерного наблюдения с профилактикой обострения
и возникновения остеопороза, остеоартроза
(остеоартрита), подагрического артрита и т. д.
