in Kuujjuaq, provides technical support to the enrolment
secretaries in the Nunavik communities. As in past years,
there was again a turnover of enrolment secretaries, as well
as elder appointees to the enrolment committees in some
of our communities.
Last year our negotiations with the Government of Québec
yet to come to a common understanding regarding plans
such as training for the enrolment secretaries, training for
the decision makers, and training and implementation of the
appeals process for after the transfer is done. The Nunavik
