In June 2013, Makivik
President Jobie Tukkiapik sent
a correspondence to Quebec
Minister of Justice Bertrand
St-Arnaud and the representative
of the Aboriginal Justice
Strategy for the 2013-2014
renewal of the funding for the
program. The letter mentioned
the need for supplementary funding to meet the operational
needs of the justice committees and the administrative dif-

Les comités de justice de Kangiqsualujjuaq et Kuujjuaq

adultes vers ces comités. Ils joignent ainsi les comités de justice

Quaqtaq et Salluit qui possèdent déjà de telles ententes.
Les représentants des comités de justice de Puvirnituq,
Aupaluk et Salluit ont rencontré des détenus pour leur
apporter du soutien et présenter leurs services. Ève Marie
