Two labour groups obtained new contract agreements this
past year. A Government of Canada arbitrator enabled a new
contract to be concluded between the pilot group represented
by the Airline Pilots Association. The new agreement goes
recognized the challenges in the northern aviation business
First Air was involved in a number of key events in the
North this past year. The code share agreement with Air
passengers moving between Canada and Greenland on First
Air and Air Greenland throughout the summer.

passagers transportés entre le Canada et le Groenland tout
au long de l’été.
