Derfor kan det anbefales at tilrettelægge organisatoriske ændringsprocesser,<br />

hvor medarbejdere allerede inddrages i problemdefinitionen,<br />

<strong>og</strong> hvor ændringer tænkes som et miljø af kontinuerlig<br />

læring <strong>og</strong> ikke som en ændring fra en tilstand til en anden.<br />
