at indholdet opleves relevant i forhold til den konkrete arbejdsmæssige
situation, man som individ befinder sig i en konkret
organisation (Elkjær & Lysgaard 1998; Hvenegaard & Trolle 1996).
Derfor kan det anbefales at tilrettelægge organisatoriske ændringsprocesser,
hvor medarbejdere allerede inddrages i problemdefinitionen,
og hvor ændringer tænkes som et miljø af kontinuerlig
læring og ikke som en ændring fra en tilstand til en anden.
