Any unpaid fines or charges (such as parking, library,<br />

delinquent telephone charges, property damage) or any<br />

miscellaneous charges incurred by a student while in<br />

attendance at the <strong>University</strong> will be charged to the student’s<br />

account. Certain fees deemed optional are required to<br />

obtain that good or service.<br />

The tuition, fees, and other charges described above are<br />

good faith projections for the academic year. They are,<br />

however, subject to change from one academic term to<br />

the next as deemed necessary by the <strong>University</strong> in order<br />

to meet its financial commitments and to fulfill its role and<br />

mission.<br />

There are other fees and charges unique to certain programs<br />

that are dependent upon a student’s matriculation at the<br />

<strong>University</strong>. These fees or charges may be determined by<br />

contacting the <strong>University</strong> offices that administer those<br />

programs or activities in which the student intends to enroll<br />

or engage.<br />

Estimate of Charges<br />

Since each student may elect various services with<br />

associated charges, it is not possible to determine precisely<br />

all student charges before registration. However, the<br />

following schedule estimates the charges for one academic<br />

year for a typical freshman undergraduate resident exclusive<br />

of entertainment, transportation, sickness insurance, or<br />

other personal costs:<br />
