<strong>Program</strong> <strong>Description</strong>: The General Technology degree with Photography as<br />
the major technology is designed for the individual interested in a career in<br />
photography as a staff photographer for a publication, business or industry, a<br />
photofinishing technician, a digital imaging technician, photographic support industry<br />
personnel, freelance photographer or studio owner/manager. Electives allow the<br />
student to specialize in commercial photography, photojournalism, portraits, weddings<br />
or photofinishing.<br />

Courses and Course Sequence<br />
This sequence can be followed by students who begin college-level work in the<br />
fall semester. Prerequisites may apply to specific courses; it is the student’s<br />
responsibility to determine if prerequisites have been met. An academic advisor is<br />
provided for each student. Prior to registering each semester, the student is expected<br />
to consult with his/her assigned advisor.<br />
