Identification Card Replacement. The first student identification card is issued<br />
to all entering students at no charge. There is a replacement charge of $1 for lost or<br />
damaged cards. This fee is paid at the Cashier’s Office during regular business<br />
hours. Present receipt at the Library Circulation Desk at the <strong>Pellissippi</strong> Campus or<br />
the ERC at satellite campus locations for issuance of a new ID card. It may be<br />
requested in order to use other college facilities. Call the Circulation Desk at (865) 694-<br />
6516 for further information.<br />
Library Services at Satellite Campuses. Access to library services at the Blount<br />
County Center, Division Street Campus and Magnolia Avenue Campus is provided<br />
by the Educational Resource Centers at these locations. A general circulating collection,<br />
providing students with the experience of browsing, is available at each<br />
center. An up-to-date reference collection, a selection of newspapers and general<br />
interest periodicals, and reserve materials are also available. Current semester textbooks<br />
are on reserve for in-house use. Each ERC has access to the Library’s online<br />
catalog and all online and CD-ROM resources. Online databases and resources<br />
accessed via the Internet are available from any location, on or off campus. An<br />
intercampus loan service provides access to the circulating collections at each location<br />
and to periodical articles available in the Library at the <strong>Pellissippi</strong> Campus. ID<br />
cards and UT/TBR borrower cards are issued at each ERC (See earlier Borrower<br />
Agreement and Identification Cards).<br />
Additional materials in hospitality, law, and photography are available in support<br />
of the Hospitality, Paralegal Studies, and Photography programs in the ERC at<br />
Division Street. Regardless of residence, Blount County Center students have<br />
access to the collection and resources of the Blount County Public Library.<br />

EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGY SERVICES<br />
Audiovisual and projection equipment is available in Educational Te c h n o l o g y<br />
Services (ETS). Experienced personnel are available to explain the operation of the<br />
equipment and may be contacted at (865) 694-6593. Audiovisual equipment and software<br />
are available for use on campus only.<br />
OPEN LAB<br />
The Information Technology Support Center Open Lab provides access to wordprocessing,<br />
spreadsheet and academic software. Computer lab guidelines are maintained<br />
for continued use of the labs. Users must supply their own floppy disks in<br />
order to save their documents. Laser printers are available to provide printed copies<br />
of work. Campus computer accounts are available for every <strong>Pellissippi</strong> <strong>State</strong> student<br />
for mail and class activities. Personal computers to access these campus<br />
accounts are available at the Open Lab and the Learning and Testing Center at the<br />
<strong>Pellissippi</strong> Campus; library and personal computers for student use are also located at<br />
the Division Street, Magnolia Avenue and Blount County sites. Computer resources<br />
in the Open Lab are available on a regular schedule. Please call the Open Lab at<br />
