Directed IC² Institute’s Master <strong>of</strong> Science in Science Technology Commercialization Degree<br />

Program for six years, piloting the program from its inception. Joined the University <strong>of</strong> Texas at<br />

Austin in 1991 as a lecturer in the Department <strong>of</strong> Management in the College <strong>of</strong> Business. She<br />

was the Founder and Director <strong>of</strong> the Quality Management Consortia program, and an instructor in<br />

the MBA and undergraduate programs. Previously the principal owner and operator <strong>of</strong> Reveille<br />

Technology, Inc., a manufacturing s<strong>of</strong>tware company. Prior to Reveille, she worked as an<br />

independent consultant for a variety <strong>of</strong> companies, and in s<strong>of</strong>tware development, consulting and<br />

management roles for Bell Laboratories and Sperry Computer Systems. Fellow and member <strong>of</strong><br />

the International Board <strong>of</strong> Directors for the Society <strong>of</strong> Manufacturing Engineers.<br />
