Local Government: Municipal Performance Regulations R805(2006) prescribes five Key Performance Areas that relates to the Five Year Local Government Strategic Agenda. The aim of these Performance Areas is to facilitate ease of all Government planning and performance management . The table below indicates how the Ba-Phalaborwa Local Municipality’s Strategic Objectives was aligned to the five Key Performance Areas.
