B1.2 Corporate Culture
The emerging and shared culture within the organisation is founded on cleanliness. The Municipality
won the 2005 National Cleanest Town Competition. Table B1 presents the Municipality’s
performance in the awards since the inception of the Cleanest Town Competition in 2005. The
competition has been renamed the Greenest Municipality Competition in 2009. The Municipality has
performed consistently in the new competition as indicated in the table below.
