SUPPLEMENT THREE<br />
Detail of how the current print file for Digitized Card Printer is created<br />
1.1 Capture data<br />
Portrait is captured via the Logitech Quick cam pro4000.<br />
Signature is captured via Interlink epadInk.<br />
Demographic data is captured by operator input.<br />
1.2 Generate License<br />
BASS will combine the portrait, signature, and demographic data into a single image which will be<br />
the front side of the license by using Graphic Device Interface (GDI).<br />
The back side of the license image is a static image.<br />
BASS will create a printer device content. The application will generate a two page document.<br />
The first page will include the three magnetic stripe track information and the back side image of<br />
the license. The second page will include the front side image of the license. The two pages<br />
document will be sent to Atlantek Zebra P620 for encoding and printing. AAMVA standard is<br />
selected for encoding.<br />
The front and back side image of the license are in Bitmap format with the image size as the<br />
followings:<br />
Width 952 pixels<br />
Height 600 pixels<br />
Horizontal Resolution 96 dpi<br />
Vertical Resolution 96 dpi<br />
Bit Depth 24
