5. List of training materials, user manuals and samples.<br />

B. Administrative Staff (DTS & in-house Field Operations staff) must receive sufficient system<br />

management and operations training to provide daily operational proficiency. Training shall be<br />

conducted by the Contractor at the ODPS Headquarters facility and shall include, but not be limited<br />

to, the following:<br />

1. Equipment/software driver information and operation.<br />

2. DL/ID solution operation.<br />

3. DL/ID solution maintenance.<br />

4. Troubleshooting and monitoring.<br />

5. Preventive maintenance tasks (i.e. cleaning).<br />

6. Reporting.<br />

For each type of administrative training, the proposed training plans must include:<br />

1. Method of training.<br />

2. Length of training (estimate number of hours for each type of employee).<br />

3. Facility requirements for training.<br />

4. Detailed outline and description of each training session.<br />

5. List of training materials, user manuals and samples.<br />

C. The Contractor must provide a detailed technical training plan for the Information Technology Office<br />

(IT). Technical training shall be conducted by the Contractor at the ODPS Headquarters facility and<br />

shall include, but not be limited to:<br />

1. Routine Information Technology management tasks.<br />

2. DL/ID solution operation, as well as an overview of the system hardware and software driver<br />

products architecture and connectivity, hardware component and system installation, hardware<br />

and software driver products problem diagnosis and resolution, software driver products<br />

distribution, etc.<br />

3. DL/ID solution maintenance.<br />

4. System integration and development.<br />

5. Troubleshooting and monitoring.<br />

The proposed technical training plan must include:<br />

1. Method of training.<br />

2. Length of training (estimate number of hours for each type of employee).<br />

3. Facility requirements for training.<br />
