5. Development and maintenance of a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to the<br />

level of detail approved by the ODPS. The WBS will contain a project<br />

schedule including:<br />

a. Task and milestone names;<br />

b. Estimates of resource requirements;<br />

c. Resource assignments;<br />

d. Scheduled start and finish dates;<br />

e. Dependencies;<br />

f. Critical path;<br />

g. Percent complete; and<br />

h. Ten working days for the ODPS to review, comment and approve<br />

deliverables. The WBS will be developed and maintained by the<br />

Contractor, using MS-Project project management software that will be<br />

supplied by the ODPS. The project schedule must be updated and<br />

communicated as part of the weekly status reports.<br />

6. Project organization;<br />

7. Key considerations and assumptions, including potential problem areas and<br />

recommended solutions; and<br />

8. Management approaches.<br />

D. Develop and maintain a risk management plan, including key risks, constraints,<br />

assumptions, planned responses, mitigation steps and any contingencies for each.<br />

E. Develop and maintain other subsidiary management plans as required by the ODPS.<br />

The subsidiary plans required will be determined by the ODPS point of contact with<br />

input from the Contractor and will include any or all of the following:<br />

1. Project Management Work Plan:<br />

a. Scope management plan;<br />

b. Schedule management plan, including a Gantt Chart for Project<br />

Management Work Plan<br />

c. Communications management plan;<br />

2. Logging and control of open issues and pending decisions.<br />

3. Attendance and presentation of project status at regularly-scheduled status<br />

meetings.<br />

4. Delivery of weekly status reports that contain, at a minimum, the following:<br />

a. Updated WBS, along with a copy of the corresponding files (e.g. MS-<br />

Project) on diskette or CD.<br />

b. Status of planned tasks, deliverables and milestones, identifying<br />

specifically, tasks, deliverables and milestones not on schedule and a<br />

resolution plan to return to the planned schedule.<br />

c. Anticipated tasks, deliverables and milestones to be completed in the<br />

next week.<br />

d. A problem tracking report that includes issues encountered, proposed<br />

resolutions and actual resolutions.<br />

e. Results of any tests.<br />

f. Proposed changes to the work plan, if any.<br />

g. Identification of Project staff (State or Contractor) assigned to specific<br />

activities.<br />
