Counter Camera Mounting Base: The camera will be fastened to a mounting bracket which is<br />

permanently anchored to the countertop. The mounting bracket is adjustable from 16 inches to 27<br />

inches and has a tiltable camera mount attached to the top with a standard camera mounting screw<br />

to fasten the camera securely.<br />

Signature Capture Solution. The offeror’s proposed solution must use Motorola Symbol PD8750<br />

Signature Pad as specified in Supplement Twenty.<br />

Signature Capture Solution Quantity. A total of two hundred thirty-two (232) new Signature Capture<br />

Solutions will to be a part of the proposed solution. The two (2) CSC, two hundred sixteen (216) DR<br />

locations and the DTS, Alpha Test Environment, and IT will each have one (1) new signature pad in<br />

operation. Ten Signature Capture Solutions are required for the inventory bank.<br />

In the event the quantity of inventory signature pads must be replenished and the model approved is<br />

no longer available, the replacement signature pad must be approved by ODPS before issuance to<br />

any DR.<br />

Signature Capture Solution Capabilities. The signature capture solution submitted for the<br />

proposal must transmit a bitmap file (.bmp) with the following characteristics:<br />

Width: 320 pixels<br />

Height: 100 pixels<br />

Horizontal resolution: 96 dpi<br />

Vertical resolution: 96 dpi<br />

Bit depth: 1<br />

Any proprietary software development kit (SDK) that is required to use the signature capture solution<br />

must be included as part of the proposal.<br />

System Testing and Acceptance Period<br />

A. The system acceptance period must consist of the following stages:<br />

1. Alpha Test Period: Full system integration testing, prior to production implementation, at the<br />

ODPS Headquarters test site (lab setting).<br />

2. Beta/Pilot Test Period: DL/ID system deployed and monitored in a production environment at 5<br />

initial sites.<br />

3. Final System Acceptance: Final acceptance review and monitoring after all DL/ID systems are<br />

fully operational statewide.<br />

B. Unless otherwise specified by the ODPS:<br />

1. The requirements of this <strong>RFP</strong> must be completed and the Alpha Test Period must begin within 45<br />

calendar days after receipt of order (ARO) and will last a minimum of 45 calendar days.<br />

2. The Beta/Pilot Test period will commence the day after the alpha testing is deemed successful<br />

and will last a minimum of 30 calendar days.<br />

3. Final System Acceptance will commence after the last statewide installation.<br />

If the Contractor fails to meet any of the <strong>RFP</strong> requirements, the State may require a replacement<br />

of the DL/ID solution or any solution component (to be provided by the Contractor) and/or may<br />

avail itself of the other remedies available in this Contract. If a replacement is requested by the<br />

ODPS, such replacement shall be with new equipment of comparable or greater quality and shall<br />
