Additional Demonstration Criteria Meets<br />
The offeror must demonstrate the operation to produce a finished license including<br />
printing of the two-dimensional bar code.<br />
The solution must provide a legible and quality finished laminated and/or coated<br />
license<br />
The offeror must demonstrate that the displayed and printed color portrait image is<br />
clear and concise.<br />
The offeror must demonstrate the capability of encoding the magnetic stripe on back<br />
of DL/ID card by reading the bar code on the front of the license, capability of reading<br />
magnetic stripe data and adding a computer chip to license for smart card. ODPS<br />
will verify encoding capability with scanner/reader of samples DL/ID’s produced.<br />
The offeror must demonstrate that the system works in the ODPS thin client<br />
environment.<br />
The offeror must demonstrate utilization of the required signature pad.<br />
The offeror must demonstrate a counter that displays the daily total number of<br />
DL/ID’s printed per location.<br />
The offeror must demonstrate that the solution issues a minimum of 20 DL/ID Cards<br />
in 15 minutes per location.<br />
The offeror must demonstrate that input is consistently uniform and correct to BASS<br />
output.<br />
The offeror must demonstrate how the solution integrates the digital photo into<br />
BASS.<br />
The offeror must demonstrate how the solution receives and prints an image from<br />
BASS utilizing Microsoft Graphic Device Interface (GDI).<br />
The offeror must demonstrate Security Features and Recommendations.<br />
The offeror must demonstrate Antitheft Solutions and Security Measures.<br />
The offeror must demonstrate camera and flash demonstration for quality from<br />
varying distances as needed in DR’s (3’-13’).<br />

Requirements. Attachment One provides requirements the State will use to evaluate the Proposals,<br />
including any mandatory requirements. If the offeror’s Proposal meets all the mandatory requirements,<br />
the offeror’s Proposal may be included in the next phase of the evaluation, which will consider other<br />
requirements described in a table in Attachment One.<br />
In the case of any requirements for a team of people the offeror is proposing, the offeror must submit a<br />
team to do the Work that collectively meets all the team requirements. But the experience of multiple<br />
