9. Clarification and distribution of organizational goals.<br />

10. Prioritization of project activities.<br />

2. A System Integrator and Developer working in conjunction with the ODPS IT team to develop<br />

and integrate the interface between the software driver for the system as provided by the<br />

offeror and the ODPS BASS System.<br />

3. Technical (IT) and support staff necessary to complete all tasks on schedule and satisfy the<br />

requirements of this project. The Contractor’s technical IT and support staff must be on call<br />

throughout the duration of the project and be ready to address problems immediately until<br />

Final System Acceptance has been achieved.<br />

The Contractor must provide an appropriate level of staff on-site at each location during the<br />

deployment period to include:<br />

1. Five (5) installation teams for the statewide deployment.<br />

2. Installation staff on-site at each location for installation activities and at agency opening<br />

for a minimum of three (3) hours or until problems are resolved and agency is<br />

operational.<br />

3. Staff fully knowledgeable of the operation of the system to perform training and system<br />

monitoring for the first full day of operation at each site.<br />

Operational Staff. Once Final System Acceptance has been achieved, the Contractor shall make<br />

available an appropriate level, quantity and quality of staff to support all requirements of this <strong>RFP</strong>,<br />

including ongoing operations of the DL/ID solution and services required throughout the term of the<br />

Contract. The Contractor must provide support staffing that minimally includes:<br />

1. An account/contract manager and primary point of contact for system changes,<br />

enhancements, resolution of ongoing problems, etc. and a maintenance manager and<br />

primary point of contact for remedial and preventive maintenance support. These individuals<br />

must attend periodic Contract and service review meetings (i.e. Card Review Committee<br />

meetings, as determined and scheduled by the ODPS), on-site at the ODPS Headquarters<br />

along with representatives of the ODPS, to review service calls, open system related<br />

maintenance issues, service levels, performance, and Contract issues.<br />

2. All necessary hardware, software driver products, communications, and design/development<br />

specialists for ongoing support, changes, and system enhancements as needed.<br />

Project Plan. The Contractor must maintain its Project Plan, including the three stages of activity: Alpha,<br />

Beta/Pilot, and Statewide Deployment as detailed elsewhere in this <strong>RFP</strong>.<br />

• The Contractor must maintain and perform all tasks in accordance with its proposed Project Plan<br />

Methodology.<br />

• The Contractor shall perform all related project management tasks and activities including, but not<br />

limited to:<br />

1. Establishing and administering controls to ensure that the quality of deliverables are<br />

acceptable to the ODPS;<br />

2. Updating the detailed project work plan and schedule on a weekly basis and delivering it to<br />

the ODPS project manager;<br />

3. Monitoring project activities to ensure that project schedules are met;<br />
