Services shall be provided in general shift/ general duty on all days except Sundays & holidays. 2.4 Store / Material Handling Assistance services The Contractor/ Agency shall maintain the store at GAIL ‘s designated locations The Contractor /Agency shall provide the following services : Documentation & Filing of papers Record Keeping Sorting/Distribution and Delivery of stores materials. The personnel to be deployed for providing support services should have knowledge of reading and writing both English and Hindi and should be 10 th pass . Services shall be provided in general shift/ general duty on all days except Sundays & holidays. 3.0 Scope for operational support services 3.1 The scope of work includes round the clock monitoring of the performance of various equipments, instruments and the critical parameters of various terminals / different work points under NCR Gas -O&M offices of GAIL situated at different locations as mentioned in annexure 3.2 The services will be provided based on the organizational requirement as assessed and identified from time to time. 3.3 The Contractor/Agency shall provide the following Minimum but not limited to services at the different Work Points: Round the clock monitoring of the performance & operation of various equipments & instruments of terminal station. Control room Management Documentation & Filling of process/ operational related papers Record Keeping Attending telephones at control room Monitoring and recording of all operational parameters as per specified formats. Any other job as per the instruction of Shift- in -charge/ Station- in charge / EIC. 3.4 Personnenel to be deployed for providing above services will have ITI certification or 05 years of proven experience of operation and maintenance of industrial plant , receipt and dispatch stations , equipment, machinery , pipeline and its associated installations after 8th pass on the similar line. 3.4.1 The trade Discipline may be Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation as per the actual requirement at site. 3.4.2 FIRE TECHNICIAN: shall have BASIC fire fighting course from any recognized institute. 3.5 Services shall be provided in round the clock on all days including Sundays & holidays. 4.0 Scope for technical maintenance support services 4.1 The scope of work includes Maintenance of critical equipments of the terminals , pipeline and its associated Installations to attain 100% un-interrupted gas supply to the consumers under NCR GAS (O&M) , including various work points and Tender/Bid Document No: GAIL/NCR/C&P/6114 ARC for O&M Services 93
