The personnel to be deployed <strong>for</strong> providing support services should have<br />
knowledge of reading and writing both English and Hindi and should be 10 th pass .<br />
<strong>Services</strong> shall be provided in general shift/ general duty on all days except<br />
Sundays & holidays.<br />
3.0 Scope <strong>for</strong> operational support services<br />
3.1 The scope of work includes round the clock monitoring of the per<strong>for</strong>mance of<br />
various equipments, instruments and the critical parameters of various<br />
terminals / different work points under <strong>NCR</strong> Gas -O&M offices of <strong>GAIL</strong> situated at<br />
different locations as mentioned in annexure<br />
3.2 The services will be provided based on the organizational requirement as assessed<br />
and identified from time to time.<br />
3.3 The <strong>Contract</strong>or/Agency shall provide the following Minimum but not limited to<br />
services at the different Work Points:<br />
Round the clock monitoring of the per<strong>for</strong>mance & operation of various<br />
equipments & instruments of terminal station.<br />
Control room Management<br />
Documentation & Filling of process/ operational related papers<br />
Record Keeping<br />
Attending telephones at control room<br />
Monitoring and recording of all operational parameters as per specified<br />
<strong>for</strong>mats.<br />
Any other job as per the instruction of Shift- in -charge/ Station- in charge /<br />
EIC.<br />
3.4 Personnenel to be deployed <strong>for</strong> providing above services will have ITI certification or<br />
05 years of proven experience of operation and maintenance of industrial plant<br />
, receipt and dispatch stations , equipment, machinery , pipeline and its associated<br />
installations after 8th pass on the similar line.<br />
3.4.1 The trade Discipline may be Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation as per the<br />
actual requirement at site.<br />
3.4.2 FIRE TECHNICIAN: shall have BASIC fire fighting course from any recognized<br />
institute.<br />
3.5 <strong>Services</strong> shall be provided in round the clock on all days including Sundays &<br />
holidays.<br />
4.0 Scope <strong>for</strong> technical maintenance support services<br />
4.1 The scope of work includes Maintenance of critical equipments of the terminals ,<br />
pipeline and its associated Installations to attain 100% un-interrupted gas supply<br />
to the consumers under <strong>NCR</strong> <strong>GAS</strong> (O&M) , including various work points and<br />
