2) Change the IP address of the eDAQ.<br />

a) Click System > Network Setup.<br />

b) Type in the new IP number in this field. Leave other fields the<br />

same.<br />

c) Remove the yellow card from the slip cover in the eDAQ and<br />

record the new in<strong>for</strong>mation on the reverse side of the card (if the<br />

eDAQ is being changed from factory settings). Date and initial<br />

the new in<strong>for</strong>mation to avoid future confusion.<br />

d) Verify that the IP address matches that on the yellow card, and<br />

return the card to the slip cover on the eDAQ.<br />

e) Click OK and close Internet Explorer.<br />

3) Reboot the eDAQ.<br />

a) The green light should still be lit on the front of the eDAQ.<br />

b) Press the power button on the front of the eDAQ and the eDAQ<br />

should turn off.<br />

c) After a few seconds, press the power button again and the<br />

eDAQ will go through its power-up cycle.<br />

4) Change the computer’s IP address so that it can communicate<br />

with the eDAQ. (Refer to the previous procedure <strong>for</strong> help.<br />
