Lincoln and East Coast Railway and Dock (Abandonment) Act 1902<br />

9.194 The Lincoln and East Coast Railway and Dock (Abandonment) Act 1902 385 was<br />

passed to authorise the Lincoln and East Coast Railway and Dock Company to<br />

abandon a proposed railway and dock works in Lincolnshire. The railway had<br />

been authorised by the Lincoln and East Coast Railway and Dock Act 1897. 386<br />

The abandonment <strong>of</strong> the railway and dock projects, together with the dissolution<br />

<strong>of</strong> the company pursuant to the 1902 Act, means that the 1902 Act itself has now<br />

become obsolete.<br />

Bexhill and Rotherfield Railway (Abandonment) Act 1902<br />

9.195 The Bexhill and Rotherfield Railway (Abandonment) Act 1902 387 was passed to<br />

authorise the Bexhill and Rotherfield Railway Company to abandon a proposed<br />

railway in East Sussex. The railway had been authorised by the Bexhill and<br />

Rotherfield Railway Act 1899. 388 The abandonment <strong>of</strong> the railway project,<br />

together with the dissolution <strong>of</strong> the company pursuant to the 1902 Act, means<br />

that the 1902 Act itself has now become obsolete.<br />

Southampton and Winchester Great Western Junction Railway<br />

(Abandonment) Act 1905<br />

9.196 The Southampton and Winchester Great Western Junction Railway<br />

(Abandonment) Act 1905 389 was passed to authorise the Southampton and<br />

Winchester Great Western Junction Railway Company to abandon a proposed<br />

railway in Hampshire, between Southampton and Winchester. The railway had<br />

been authorised by the Southampton and Winchester Great Western Junction<br />

Railway Act 1901. 390 The abandonment <strong>of</strong> the railway project, together with the<br />

dissolution <strong>of</strong> the company pursuant to the 1905 Act, means that the 1905 Act<br />

itself has now become obsolete.<br />

Hastings Harbour District Railway (Abandonment) Act 1905<br />

9.197 The Hastings Harbour District Railway (Abandonment) Act 1905 391 was passed to<br />

authorise the Hastings Harbour District Railway Company to abandon a proposed<br />

railway in and near the town <strong>of</strong> Hastings in Sussex. The railway had been<br />

authorised by the Hastings Harbour District Railway Act 1897. 392 The<br />

abandonment <strong>of</strong> the railway project, together with the dissolution <strong>of</strong> the company<br />

pursuant to the 1905 Act, means that the 1905 Act itself has now become<br />

obsolete.<br />
