Clyde Ardrishaig and Crinan Railway (Abandonment) Act 1892<br />

9.202 The Clyde Ardrishaig and Crinan Railway (Abandonment) Act 1892 399 was<br />

passed to authorise the Clyde Ardrishaig and Crinan Railway Company to<br />

abandon proposed railways in Argyll. The railways had been authorised by the<br />

Clyde Ardrishaig and Crinan Railway Act 1887. 400 The abandonment <strong>of</strong> the<br />

railway project, together with the dissolution <strong>of</strong> the company pursuant to the 1892<br />

Act, means that the 1892 Act itself has now become obsolete.<br />

Muirkirk Mauchline and Dalmellington Railways (Abandonment) Act 1900<br />

9.203 The Muirkirk Mauchline and Dalmellington Railways (Abandonment) Act 1900 401<br />

was passed to authorise the Muirkirk Mauchline and Dalmellington Railways<br />

Company to abandon proposed railways in the county <strong>of</strong> Ayr. The railways had<br />

been authorised by the Muirkirk Mauchline and Dalmellington Railways Act<br />

1896. 402 The abandonment <strong>of</strong> the railway project, together with the dissolution <strong>of</strong><br />

the company pursuant to the 1900 Act, means that the 1900 Act itself has now<br />

become obsolete.<br />

Motherwell and Bellshill Railway (Abandonment) Order Confirmation Act<br />

1904<br />

9.204 The Motherwell and Bellshill Railway (Abandonment) Order Confirmation Act<br />

1904 403 was passed to authorise the Motherwell and Bellshill Railway Company<br />

to abandon proposed railways in the county <strong>of</strong> Lanark. The railways had been<br />

authorised by the Motherwell and Bellshill Railway Act 1900. 404 The<br />

abandonment <strong>of</strong> the railway project, together with the dissolution <strong>of</strong> the company<br />

pursuant to the 1904 Act, means that the 1904 Act itself has now become<br />

obsolete.<br />
