October 6, 2010, 14 responses in favor, zero against, and two returned undeliverable
have been received.

The Planning Commission held a public hearing on October 11, 201 0 and recommended
approval of the rezoning, (8-0-0).
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of the rezoning of Oak Run Subdivision as it is consistent with
the current use, the intent of the existing residential subdivision and is consistent with the
goals and priorities of the Comprehensive Plan.
