(a) Definitions. The following definitions shall apply to this section:
(1) Resident. Any person whose permanent residence is within the city limits or
its extra territorial jurisdiction.
(2) Junior. Any person 17 years of age or younger. A junior under the age of 12
must be accompanied by an adult while the starter is on duty on weekends
and holidays.
(3) Annual Fees. Applies to any person whose permanent residence is inside the
city limits or extra territorial jurisdiction. The annual fee rate is only available
to persons having purchased a current annual fee pass by September 15,
2000, and is not transferable. Annual fees will increase at the same rate as
green fees and passbook fees. Annual course green fees (non-refundable),
which regardless of when paid, entitles that person to play from the date the
fee is paid through the following September 30.
(4) Senior. Any person who is 50 years of age or older.
(5) Go play card. A non-refundable bulk purchase card good for the number of
rounds of golf. The go play card expires one year after its purchase. Up to
three guests of the cardholder may utilize the rounds of golf purchased by the
cardholder provided the cardholder plays with the guests. A surcharge is
assessed for every round played by the cardholder and his or her guests on
weekends and holidays. The card is transferable with payment of a $25.00
transfer fee.
(6) Nine hole fee. Paid by persons wishing to play nine holes of golf.
(7) Twighlight fee. A reduced fee offered as a discounted rate at the end of day.
Start time will vary seasonally and will be determined by the Golf Course
Manager.
(8) A round of golf. Commences when a golfer tees off regardless of the time of
day or how many holes are played.
(b) All fees shall be available to support the operating and capital expenditures and
transfers of the Golf Course Enterprise Fund. The Landa Park municipal golf course
manager may, with city manager approval, negotiate rates for golf course special
events and promotions.
(c) Daily Fees:
a. Weekdays $18.50
b. Twighlight/9 holes $14.50
c. Weekends and holidays $22.50
d. Junior Weekdays $7.00
e. Junior Weekends and holidays $9.00
(d) Annual fee rate $700.00
