I, the undersigned officer of the City Council (the "Council") of the City of New
Braunfels, Texas (the "City") do hereby certify as follows:
1. The Council convened on the gth day of November, 2010, at the regular meeting
place thereof within the City of New Braunfels, Texas; and the roll was called of the duly
constituted officers and members of said Council, to-wit:

business, the following was transacted at said meeting:
ORDINANCE BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW
BRAUNFELS, TEXAS ENLARGING THE BOUNDARIES OF
REINVESTMENT ZONE NUMBER ONE, CITY OF NEW BRAUNFELS,
TEXAS; AMENDING THE PROJECT PLAN AND FINANCE PLAN FOR THE
ZONE TO REFLECT THE INCREASED BOUNDARIES; CONSENTING TO
THE AMENDMENT OF AN INTERLOCAL COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF NEW BRAUNFELS, TEXAS AND THE NEW
BRAUNFELS INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION TO
REFLECT THE INCREASED BOUNDARIES OF THE ZONE; AND OTHER
MA TIERS IN CONNECTION THEREWITH
was introduced for the consideration of the Council. It was then duly moved and seconded that
the Ordinance be adopted; and, after due discussion, the motion, carrying with it the adoption of
the Ordinance, prevailed and carried by unanimous vote of the Council.
