Councilmember Digges moved to authorize the City Manager to enter into a
contract, not to exceed $250,000, with Design Workshop and Lockwood, Andrews and
Newnam Engineering. Councilmember Goodner seconded the motion. Vote was
unanimous.
5. EXECUTIVE SESSIONS Mayor Boyer read the captions for Items A through C
and announced that the Council would convene in executive session at 9:18
p.m.

Deliberate and consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real
property, in accordance with Section 551.072 of the Texas Government
Code.
Deliberate issues regarding economic development negotiations in
accordance with Section 551 .087, of the Texas Government Code.
Deliberate pending/contemplated litigation, settlement offer(s), and matters
concerning privileged and unprivileged client information deemed
confidential by Rule 1.05 of the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional
Conduct in accordance with Section 551.071, of the Texas Government
Code.
The City Council reconvened in open session at 9:27 p.m. Mayor Boyer
announced that no action would be taken on the items discussed in executive session.
