Notification: Public hearing notices were sent to the 133 property owners within the Oak Run Subdivision and 34 property owners located within 200 'teet of the subdivision. As of October 6, 2010, 14 responses in favor, zero against, and two returned undeliverable have been received. Goal 20: Protect character and boundaries of existing neighborhoods. Cons: None. fiSCAL IMPACT: N/A BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: The Planning Commission held a public hearing on October 11, 201 0 and recommended approval of the rezoning, (8-0-0). STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the rezoning of Oak Run Subdivision as it is consistent with the current use, the intent of the existing residential subdivision and is consistent with the goals and priorities of the Comprehensive Plan.
