To determine the number of homes acquired, constructed and/or rehabilitated. Loan production includes units generated under various strategies<br />

such as units purchased, constructed and/or rehabilitated by the City, units acquired and rehabilitated by a non-profit, redevelopment of vacant<br />

properties, demolition of acquired properties, and placement of properties in a land bank. This objective fulfills the Mayor's goals of<br />

Seamlessness and Sustainability.<br />
