Non-refundable application fee deposits are required for all rentals at time of application and will be applied toward<br />

the cost of t he rental. If event is cancelled by the user the fee is non-refundable. If cost of rental is less than<br />

application fee deposit, the full rental fee will be due at the time of application and will be non-refundable.<br />

Non-operating hour rentals / Holiday Rates: $20 per hour additional operating fees applicable to each rental;<br />

minimum 2 hour rental. $30/hour staff fees on holidays.<br />

Additional staff: If required (i.e. size of group 101 or more, special setup, event open to public) $20/hour per staff<br />

person.<br />

FEE SCHEDULE<br />

FACILITY RENTALS AND FEES WILL BE BASED ON THE FOLLOWING:<br />

(Refer to separate rate sheet for Azalea, Bay Vista and pools)<br />

CATEGORY I<br />

Fee Waiver Event<br />

City approved Volunteer groups (i.e. Neighborhood Associations, other City Departments, Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, Youth<br />

Sports or Crime Watch Organizations) and Pinellas County School Board groups in the “Joint Use” agreement are eligible to<br />

have facility and equipment rental charges waived for events directly related to their primary purpose IF approved by the<br />

Parks & Recreation Director. Direct costs will still apply (i.e. staff, utilities, special equipment).<br />

CATEGORY II<br />

Public Service Event<br />

Any individual, group, or non-profit civic or charitable organization renting the facility for a public service event with no<br />

charge or donations solicited.*<br />

CATEGORY III<br />

Social, Meeting or Athletic Event<br />

Any individual, group, or religious organization renting the facility for a social, meeting, or athletic event. Any non-profit civic<br />

or charitable group renting the facility to gain monetary benefits.* (i.e., church services, birthday parties, showers, etc.)<br />

CATEGORY IV<br />

Business Event<br />

Any individual, commercial, or business group renting the facility to gain publicity, advertising or monetary benefits. (The<br />

City retains the option to charge 20% of the gross revenue collected instead of said fees whichever is greater.)*<br />

*Non-Resident or Non-City Groups will be charged $125 Non-Resident charge or $12.50 one month Non-Resident fee.<br />
