Administrative Services Objectives<br />

The objective of the Administrative Services Bureau (ASB) Division is to:<br />

• Enhance operational efficiencies within Records & Identification, Communications, and Research & Accreditation<br />

• Achieve overall favorability in overtime usage/overall cost containment through <strong>FY12</strong>.<br />

• Achieve sworn and non-sworn goals of 100% by end of <strong>FY12</strong>. This objective fulfills the Mayor's goals of Safety and Service.<br />

The objective of the Communications Center Division is to:<br />

• Enhance operational efficiencies by increasing percentage of calls for service processed by the Telephone Reporting Unit. This objective<br />

The objective of the Patrol District I Division is to:<br />

• Track the Calls for Service. (The FY11 and <strong>FY12</strong> numbers are lower due to alternative methods of contact.)<br />

• Provide and track uncommitted time for officers to conduct self-initiated activities and track the traffic citations issued.<br />

• Maintain and develop new partnerships between the police and Midtown community. This objective fulfills the Mayor's goals of Safety and<br />

Service.<br />
