Mechanical Systems<br />

Elevators and their associated systems will have ventilation<br />

requirements as per the International Building Code (IBC) and<br />

Florida Building Code. These requirements include venting <strong>of</strong><br />

the machine room and hoistway shaft. Mechanical cooling may<br />

be required and will be evaluated with the elevator consultant.<br />
