Mechanical Systems
Elevators and their associated systems will have ventilation
requirements as per the International Building Code (IBC) and
Florida Building Code. These requirements include venting of
the machine room and hoistway shaft. Mechanical cooling may
be required and will be evaluated with the elevator consultant.
