Local Experience<br />
Skanska has been the premier builder <strong>of</strong> the Tampa Bay<br />
area’s most significant projects for the past 20 years. With <strong>St</strong>.<br />
<strong>Petersburg</strong> as its home, the team has worked on both sides <strong>of</strong><br />
the Bay. Figure 6.3 lists several significant projects that have<br />
been built by Skanska. Skanska’s commitment to the local<br />
community is exemplified by the expertise and history <strong>of</strong> its<br />
employees, many <strong>of</strong> whom are native to the Tampa Bay Area.<br />
