[site:amazon.com] finds www.amazon.com.cards.amazon.com.<br />

www.amazon.com/dvdl. However, it will not find www.amazon.com.br.<br />

[domain:ir] finds all <strong>the</strong> pages from <strong>the</strong> Iranian (.ir) top-level domain indexed<br />

by Yahoo.<br />

~ uri: use to find a specific document in <strong>the</strong> Yahoo index. This command is very<br />

limited in its usefulness and requires <strong>the</strong> full uri (address), including <strong>the</strong> http://<br />

to work. This command works best using <strong>the</strong> Yahoo Advanced Search to find<br />

all <strong>the</strong> words in <strong>the</strong> urI. May be used with or without additional keywords.<br />

~ inurl: restricts results to any page with a term in its uri (address). May be<br />

used with or without additional keywords.<br />

[inurl:nasa] finds any site containing nasa anywhere in <strong>the</strong> urI. Will find<br />

[inurl:nasa.gov columbia] finds any site at nasa.gov that contains <strong>the</strong> keyword<br />

columbia anywhere on <strong>the</strong> <strong>web</strong>site.<br />

~ title or intitle: restricts results to pages containing a specific word or phrase<br />

anywhere in <strong>the</strong> <strong>web</strong>page's title, which usually appears in <strong>the</strong> browser's title<br />

bar and is <strong>the</strong> HTML tag. Title and intitle appear to work identically.<br />

May be used with or without additional keywords.<br />
