The next step would be to look at <strong>the</strong> <strong>web</strong>site itself. The first two pages-About Us<br />

and Contact Us-are probably <strong>the</strong> most important, but <strong>the</strong>re are o<strong>the</strong>r good pages to<br />

examine at <strong>the</strong> site itself:<br />

• "About Us," which often tells you a great deal about <strong>the</strong> company (who owns<br />

it, where it's located, branch offices, subsidiaries).<br />

• O<strong>the</strong>r company <strong>web</strong>sites in different languages, which may provide new<br />

domain names and IP addresses, as in <strong>the</strong> case of avp .ru: kaspersky.ru,<br />

kasperksy. com, kaspersky. com. en, etc.<br />

• "Contact Us," which may reveal numerous email addresses , physical<br />

locations, etc.<br />

• "Site Map," which may show more pages on <strong>the</strong> site than are obvious from<br />

<strong>the</strong> homepage.<br />

• "Press" or "News Releases," which often have <strong>the</strong> latest news about a<br />

company's activities, including company locations, ownership, ISPs, etc.<br />

• "Page Source," which sometimes contains information about <strong>the</strong> person or<br />

organization that created or maintains <strong>the</strong> site. To view page source in<br />

Mozilla-based browsers, View I Page Source; in Internet Explorer, View I<br />

Source. Look or search for [author] in <strong>the</strong> HTML code:<br />
