You can traverse the different pages using the Next, Previous and GO options. Clicking on Next will display the next set of 25 records. Clicking on Go button will display the Page depending on the Page Number specified in the Page field. Clicking on Previous will display the previous set of 25 records. The Next and Previous links will be available only if Next/Previous pages are available with respect to the Current page. The list of orders can be sorted in either ascending or descending order by clicking on the respective column. By default the orders are sorted in descending order based on TIME column. 4. Select the ASOG version to create the order and Click OK The selected form window appears as shown in Figure 5-9 Figure 5-9: CR Response Form with CR Form Selected Figure 5-9 shows two Form Navigator panels - one each for the Response and the Order. You can navigate through the different forms in the Order and sections in the Response using the corresponding Form Navigators. 6. Select the Response form from the form navigator for the response shown in the left side of the window. The form View Panel on the right side of the window displays the response form fields. 7. Complete the response form by filling in related fields in the form View Panel of the window, similar to the instructions for completing an order form in "Transport Form" on page 4-4.
