Order Management Using Order Management Form Figure 7-3 shows the Order Management form, which is meant for filtering the Orders based on values for the different fields like Start Date, End Date, User ID, PON, VER, Current State, Doc Type, COPS Process, CCNA and ICSC. Use the following procedure to filter the Orders: 1. Fill in the values for the various fields like Start Date, End Date, User ID, PON, VER, Current State, Doc Type, COPS Process, CCNA and ICSC. Start Date and End Date should be in “mm-dd-yyy” format. Figure 7-3 shows the form with sample search criteria specified with values for some of the fields. 7-4 4.8.0 User Guide April 2009

Click Retrieve Orders to Process to get the list of Orders that match the search criteria specified by values of various fields.
