Queries Notification Panel When orders are successfully transmitted to the service center, you receive confirmation, error, and general information messages as a response. Notification Panel feature allows you to view notifications when the ezAccess gateway processes an order or response. Notifications can be viewed for the Current User or for All Users. Current User option shows Notifications for the orders/responses processed for the User who is currently logged in. All Users option shows Notifications for the order/responses for all the users of the company. Viewing Notification Panel To view notification panel complete the following procedure: 1. Select Queries > Notification Panel > Current User. -or 2. Select Queries > Notification Panel > All Users. A new window showing the Notifications is displayed, as shown in Figure 6-13. 6-14 4.8.0 User Guide April 2009

REJECT or Negative Acknowledgement responses are shown in red. RECEIVED or Positive Acknowledgement are shown in green. Export to Excel The Export to Excel option lets you to convert the Search results into an Excel document. This option is available on all the Search result screens under Queries section. To list the search results in an excel document, click on the Export to Excel displayed on a Search results page.
