Access Service Requests 2. Select File > Print from the browser to print the form as shown in the print view window. If you want to use the fax capability, first verify that your fax is installed as a printer and connected through an analog line to a fax modem, then select the fax as the printer in the Name field You can also print all forms associated with a complete Order by selecting the menu option Actions > Print View > Order You must have Acrobat Reader installed on your computer to view the PDF format Print View. Keyboard Shortcuts in ezAccess interface Access Service Requests The ezAccess interface provides some keyboard shortcuts for faster access to commonly used functionality. The details of these shortcuts are as follows: • When an Order / Response is active: • Press Alt + F7 to save • Press Alt + F8 to validate • Press Alt + F9 to send • Press Alt + F10 to validate and send • Press Alt + F3 to Prepopulate ASR form • When a multiple-instance Form (e.g. MSL) is in focus: • Press Ctrl + Insert to add a new instance • When an instance of multiple-instance Form is in focus: • Press Ctrl + Delete to delete the instance • When a form field has focus • Press Alt + F2 to display context sensitive help for the field • Press Alt + F11 to go to the first field in the next section of the form • Press Alt + F12 to go to the first field in the previous section of the form April 2009 4.8.0 User Guide 4-41
