ezAccess User Interface • Delete a Saved Response: This option lets you delete a response that has been previously saved locally by you. This will not delete responses from the ezAccess gateway's database. You can also perform these operation quickly by using the quick links provided on ezAccess home page. Actions Menu This menu gives the options to perform the different actions on the current active order that is being edited or viewed. The different menu options under Actions are as shown in Figure 3-8. Figure 3-8: Menu options under Actions on Responses Home Page • Save: This option lets you save the response to a work-in-progress file. You can complete the response information later and send or you can use this response as a template for other responses. • Send: This option lets you send the response to the gateway without validating through the ASOG guidelines. • Validate: This option lets you validate the fields against ASOG guidelines. • Validate and Send: This option lets you validate the fields against the ASOG guidelines and then send the response to the gateway. • Print View: This submenu lets you to preview either the current form, or the complete response. 3-10 4.8.0 User Guide April 2009
