User Worklist Recent Orders history by the user To view a list of recent orders sent by the user and the corresponding responses, complete the following procedure: 1. In the ezAccess home page, click the link Recent 20 Orders History by The actual link displayed on the page will have the name of the user who has logged in. A window showing the list of recent orders history sent by the user appears as shown in Figure 8-3. Figure 8-3: Window showing the list of recent Orders History 2. A A OBF Forms A The Ordering and Billing Forum (OBF) provides and regulates the forms necessary to order access services. Each access provider may customize the forms in terms of design and optional fields. When customizing the OBF forms; however, each provider must use consistent field definitions within its forms, but may use different field definitions from other providers. Therefore, this chapter provides only an overview of the general ordering process, service types, and required forms. For further information about any of these subjects, refer to the Access Service Request guidelines (ASOG) version 38. Understanding ASOG Requirements You must use uniform order request forms to order access and local trunking services. Each form contains entries required for ordering a particular service and for establishing billing information for the appropriate customer account. You can submit a request for any number of access circuits as long as the entries pertaining to the access (with the exception of circuit identification) are identical. Use the ASR form to request various services as specified in contracts/tariffs. The ASR form contains administrative data common to all orders and must be associated with one or more order forms that specifically define the service type and its configuration.
