ezAccess User Interface A Sample Order Screen When you create a new order using one of the menu options under ASR Orders menu, you will see an order screen as shown in Figure 3-5. Figure 3-5: A sample orders screen (showing ASR form in a Transport Service Request) • Menu: Using the Menu you can do various operations supported by the ezAccess. The Menu is updated based on section being accessed. • Form Navigator: Form navigator will display all the possible forms for the selected ASR order. Using the form navigator, you can traverse between the various possible forms and fill in the data. You can also add and delete certain ASOG forms as per ASOG standards 3-6 4.8.0 User Guide April 2009
ezAccess User Interface • Tool Bar: Tool bar will allow you to quickly access frequently accessed actions (like Save, Validate, Send, Validate & Send, Print, Close). The toolbar will always be available on screen, even if you scroll through the page. • Form View Panel: Form View Panel displays the actual contents of the form selected in the form navigator. You can fill the data corresponding to each field in the form. • Utility Panel: Utility panel displays notifications/ error messages for the various operations. You can minimize this panel, if necessary by using the icon provided in the Utility panel. You can also print the contents of the Utility panel by using the icon. Using the validation error link provided in the utility panel you can quickly move to the error fields. April 2009 4.8.0 User Guide 3-7
