ezAccess User Interface A Sample Response Screen When you create a new response using one of the menu options under ASR Responses menu, a response screen is displayed as shown in Figure 3-9. Figure 3-9: A sample Response screen (showing CN form) The Figure 3-9 shows the different parts of the sample Response screen • Menu: Using the menu you can do various operations supported by ezAccess. The menu is updated based on section being accessed. • Form Navigator for Order: Form Navigator for Order will display all the forms for the selected ASR order or ASR response. Using this form you can only traverse between the various possible forms but cannot edit the field data. 3-12 4.8.0 User Guide April 2009
ezAccess User Interface • Form Navigator for Response: Form Navigator for Response will display all the possible forms for the selected ASR response. Using this form you can traverse between the various possible forms and fill in the data. • Tool Bar: Tool Bar will allow you to quickly access frequently accessed actions (like Save, Validate, Send, Validate & Send, Print, Home Page). The Toolbar will always be available on screen, even if you scroll through the page. • Form View Panel: Form View Panel displays the actual contents of the form selected in the form navigator. You can fill the data corresponding to each field in the form. • Utility Panel: Utility panel displays notifications/ error messages for the various operations. You can minimize this panel, if necessary by using the icon provided in the Utility panel. You can also print the contents of the utility panel by using the icon.
