3 1 ezAccess User Interface 3 This chapter describes the ezAccess home page interface. The operations that can be performed using ezAccess have been categorized into five types: • Admin: Administrator can monitor, administer, and configure the ezAccess gateway. This includes creating, viewing, modifying, and deleting companies, service centers, users, and privileges. • Orders: This includes creation of a new order, creation of a new order from an existing order, creation of a new order from a saved order, creation of a new order from template, and deleting a saved order. • Responses: This includes creation of a new response, creating from saved response, and delete saved response to an incoming order request. • Order Management: This includes an option to process Orders in cops. • Queries: This includes an options to view an order, and response. The ezAccess home page shows title bar links at the upper-right part of the home page. Using these links, you can go to the home page of ezAccess and the home pages for the four main categories of operations, i.e. Orders, Responses, Queries and Order Management. You can also log out of ezAccess using the Logout link provided in the title bar links. Most frequently used operations under each of these categories can be easily accessed from the quick links section at the bottom of the home page. April 2009 4.8.0 User Guide 3-1
