Access Service Requests Actions. Please refer to section "Orders Home Page" on page 2-5 for details about the different options under Actions menu Trunking Form Use the Trunking form to specify the options, transmission levels, special routing instructions, and service class routing for the trunks being ordered. Also use this form to identify the secondary location of the trunks. For specific information, see "Trunking" on page A-13. To complete the Trunking form, perform the following procedure: 1. Select ASR Orders > Create a New Order > Trunking The ASOG Version window appears, as shown in Figure 4-1 2. Select the ASOG version to create the order and Click OK The Trunking Service subdirectory window appears, as shown in Figure 4-5. 4-10 4.8.0 User Guide April 2009

The form View Panel displays the corresponding form with all the fields arranged as per the OBF ASOG forms. 4. Enter information in the mandatory fields which are displayed in blue color. You may also enter information in other fields which are not mandatory. The ASR form is the same for each service. If a form is required for the order, it is listed on the Navigator Panel of the window. To add additional ACI, NAI, MULTI-EC, or PC forms, right-click the form in Navigator window, click Add Additional Form 5. Click each form in the navigator panel and complete the required fields in the form View Panel as required by the carrier and the ASOG 38 guidelines. 6.
