Introduction Standalone Solution Standalone ezAccess provides a graphical user interface (GUI) for customer service representatives to create ASR orders and send them to one or more trading partners. Then, ezAccess receives ASR responses from the trading partners and allows you to modify and re-send orders as needed. With standalone ezAccess v4.8.0, you can also receive ASR orders from your trading partners and return responses based on the requests. ezAccess also provides the system administrator a separate GUI to monitor, administer, and configure the gateway. 1-2 4.8.0 User Guide April 2009
