Access Service Requests Actions on ASR Order Form This menu gives the options to perform different actions on the current active order that is being edited or viewed. Choose one of the following options to perform action on the order: Table 4-2: Actions for ASR Order If you want to ..... Select .... and get this result............ Save the order Actions > Save Order has been successfully saved. Save the order as template Send the request to the gateway without validating through the ASOG guidelines Actions > Save as Template Actions >Send Order has been successfully stored as a template. Order sent successfully. Validate the fields Actions > Validate Validation is successful. Validate and send the request to the gateway Actions > Validate & Send Order sent successfully. Save only the ASR form Fill the ASR form from the previously saved ASR form Actions > Save ASR form only Actions > Prepopulate ASR form ASR form saved successfully. ASR form populated successfully. Access Service Requests Printing an ASR Form To print the active ASOG-format ASR order form, complete the following procedure: 1. After entering information for the form, select Actions > Print View > Current Form from the menu.
