a) Shares<br />
Capital comprises 4,570,936,100 book-entry shares with no par value, of which 2,289,286,400 are common and 2,281,649,700 are preferred<br />
shares without voting rights, but with tag-along rights, in the event of the public offer of common shares, at a price equal to 80% of the amount<br />
paid per share with voting rights in the controlling stake, as well as a dividend at least equal to that of the common shares. Capital stock<br />
amounts to R$ 45,000,000 (R$ 45,000,000 at 03/31/2012), of which R$ 31,101,631 (R$ 31,280.067 at 03/31/2012) refers to stockholders<br />
domiciled in the country and R$ 13,898,369 (R$ 13,719,933 at 03/31/2012) refers to stockholders domiciled abroad.<br />
