ROTOR SOUND VOLUME (%)-
This value determines the volume of the rotor blades. Please note: this change does
not affect the volume of the engine; that is adjusted separately.
To modify this setting, click the respective value. Next, input the desired value
directly from the keyboard or via the mouse wheel.
STATIC CONING ANGLE (DEG)-
This value represents the coning angle of the rotor blades with the helicopter at rest.
This value is usually zero or close to zero.
To modify this setting, click the respective value. Next, input the desired value
directly from the keyboard or via the mouse wheel.
STRENGTH MULTIPLIER (%)-
This value represents the strength or structural integrity of the main rotor. If you
wish to make the main rotor more susceptible to breakage, reduce the value of the
strength multiplier.
To modify the strength multiplier, click the existing value. Next, enter the desired
value directly from the keyboard or via the mouse wheel.
VISUAL BLADE TYPE-
This setting determine the appearance of the main rotor blades. G3 offers a number
of blades to select amongst, each with their own unique look. Please note: this is
only a graphical option. It will not affect the helicopter’s flight performance.
To select a new blade visual, click the value box for the existing profile. Use either
the Up/down arrow keys on the keyboard, or the mouse to select the desired option.
If using the arrow keys, press Enter to finalize your selection.
COLLECTIVE PITCH (DEG) (READ ONLY)-
This setting displays real-time data for the Collective Pitch. Move the collective
control on the radio to see this value change.
CURRENT MASS WITH CHILDREN (READ ONLY)-
This it the current weight of the Main Rotor blade include any other items that are
attached to it.
CURRENT ROTOR RPM (RPM) (READ ONLY)-
This setting displays the real-time data for the rotor blade RPM’s. Movement of the
throttle stick will vary the current RPM’s.
CYCLIC PITCH (FORE/AFT) (DEG) (READ ONLY)-
This setting displays real-time cyclic data for the fore and aft controls. Move the
cyclic control on the radio to see this value change.
