To do so, click the existing value. Select Yes from the pull-down menu to reverse
the value.
STRENGTH 2-
This value determines the scaling percentage for Input 2. A setting of 100% means
that it will be a 100%, or a 1:1 ratio. A setting of 200% means that the input will be
2:1.
To adjust the strength, click on the existing value. Next, input the desired value
directly from the keyboard or via the mouse wheel.
CURRENT OUTPUT (READ ONLY)-
The value here reflects the status of the output for the respective servo. This is a
real-time output value. As such, deflecting the respective control will vary this
value.
You may not manually adjust this value.
GYRO-
A gyroscope, or gyro as they are frequently called, is utilized to dampen the controls
of an aircraft. It is ideal for assisting in the stabilization of the aircraft.
GAIN INPUT-
This value determines the input that controls both the gain and the
operational mode of the gyro.
To select the Gain Input, click the existing value. Next, select the desired
Gain Input control from the pull-down menu.
RATE GAIN-
This value sets the rate, or amount of dampening, for the gyro. Increased
values provide increased dampening of movement upon the axis selected.
To adjust the gain, click on the existing value. Next, input the desired value
directly from the keyboard or via the mouse wheel.
CONTROL OVERRIDE-
This value determines the amount of input necessary before the controller
(or other input device) will override the gyro gain. For example, this could
be utilized to eliminate gyro control during severe rudder deflections.
To adjust the override, click on the existing value. Next, input the desired
value directly from the keyboard or via the mouse wheel.
GYRO REVERSE-
This value determines whether to reverse the compensation from the gyro.
Reversing the gyro will cause the aircraft to rotate faster rather than
dampening the motion.
To do so, click the existing value. Select Yes from the pull-down menu to
reverse.
